Do You like the Salmon? If you like the Salmon, you'll love this recipe of penne!
Let's start from the ingredients for 3 very hungry people:
500 gr (1 lb) of Penne
200 gr (6 oz) of Smoked Salmon
1 table spoon of Tomato Puree (you can find in can)
1 white Onion
1 cup of cream (I prefer the half & Half)
1 glass of Vodka (or white wine, but If you are not pansy. vodka is better)
Salt and Pepper
Chop the onion together and let's pour them on a fry pan with the butter.
Cook all over medium heat without the garlic and the onion get burn very gently, for few minutes till the butter smelt and hugs very well the onion.
Now let's add the salmon chopped in little pieces in the fry pan, with all the natural sauce you find in the package. Cook it all for few minutes over low/medium heat. Add the spoon of tomato sauce and seasoning with salt and pepper. At this point you can pour the cream into the pan and mix all softly. After a couple of minutes you add the cream, stir it and ready to add the vodkaaaaaaa!
Last taste to understand if you miss maybe some salt or pepper or vodka, and simmer around 10 minutes of cooking over middle - slow heat, so YOUR sauce will be ready.
Meanwhile you are cooking the Penne. When they are al dente you can add them in the fry pan with the sauce and warm all for 2 or 3 minutes over medium heat. be careful don't get drunk with the Vodka!
