Imperial Italic 'C' (Brass)

This Imperial Gallic 'C' roman helmet dates mid 1st century AD, and is made in the cupric alloy "orichulum" (brass) instead of iron.

This type of Roman Helmet was found in the Rhine River at Mainz (Germany), and the original helmet bears the inscription of a soldier named Lucretius Celeris of Legio I. This Legion was stationed at Mainz from 71 to 86 AD, so we can date the helmet to this period.

Perfect for Roman reinactment, to display in your office or home, or impress your friends!

Made of Brass, one size fits all (for average head).
