How to make the Pizza from scratch
Ah ah ah... Finally we come to your first real fighting... Now I'm going to teach you how to make a real fresh Pizza from scratch. Forget the frozen Pizzas you've been eating till now...! Forget even the worst heavy-weight-greasy Pizzahut or Domino's that always promote their Pizzas as the Best in town! You're going to blow them away just with the power of your pin rolling! Now, your Pizza will be the Best Pizza in town, for the joy of your kids and your husband Just follow with attention my training. That's what you need to make the basic dough for 2 beautiful round thin Pizzas and remember: the secret of every good Pizza is in the Dough! Ingredients: 1 cup and half strong white flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon extravergin olive oil 2/3 almost one cup of warm water (the water must be good) 1 tablespoon of easyblend dried yeast Gotcha everything? Ok, let's start the fighting... a)Sift the flour and the salt in a large mixing bowl... b)Add the yeast and stir it with energy (avoiding to break the bowl please) c)Start to add the water and mix with a spoon for at least 5 minutes. d)Now finally you can add the oil and knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes. When you knead the dough use your hands, but don't forget to make them lightly floured to avoid your dough becomes like chewing gum on your hands. e)When your dough becomes smooth and elastic as the lobo of your ear, (if you realize that it is too dry, just add some water or if you think that it is too "wet" add some more flour!) finally you can place it onto a lightly floured bowl and cover with a towel for at least 1 hour or at least until the dough has doubled in size. Right????!!! f)When the dough is ready, you can start to knead it again for 2 or 3 minutes. Now you can divide it in two parts and then you can use your rolling pin to shape the dough to make it fit in your pans. Don't forget to use always a little bit of flour on t\your hands and on your rollingpin to avoid the dough sticks everywhere. With the ingredients that I gave you, you will yield at least two middle round pizza. Now Let relax the pizza with the topp for 10 minutes then bake it till the victory will arrive.
