I was born in Italy and currently live in Lake Forest, Ca. My creative work is sometimes referred to as eclectic. The creative process starts at 'The Heart Center'. My passion for life is expressed through my paintings, computer art, performance art and poetry. I am a member of Playback Theatre of Orange County. I have been a featured reader at the Laguna Poets Friday Night open reading and published a book of poetry. I have written a poem for each of my works on exhibit. I write poetry to seek solutions as I grapple with all my emotions. As I expand my Heart Center, new opportunities arise from within the framework of my traditional values associated with family, faith, "the olive grove" and the language of my forbears. My mission statement, "Wherever I go, to assemble, and be part of, a community of artists that will support, serve, and respect the creative process of all. Poetry will be my vehicle to mend the broken heart and to spread the message of love." |
