Often in life the simplest things are the best... and this brushchetta is so simple but so full of taste... and we will prove it! Here are the ingredients: Fresh, good italian bread as "filone" Extra virgin Olive Oil salt pepper garlic

Cut the filone it in slides not too thick but not too thin... Grill the slices or put them in a toaster (if you have a fireplace... that's the best). As the bread starts to turn brown gold, take it off from the grill and immediately smash on one side of it the garlic gloves, like you want to grate it using the the bread slice as a grater. At this point a pinch of salt and pepper... and a splash of oil extra virgin of olive. This is the classic bruschetta from Rome. Taste it and let me know what do you think about it. A little variation: add some little chopped cherry tomatoes on top and some oregano... Hmmmm I am getting Hungry!!!
